Lemme see, what has been up with me lately... hmmmnnn... Well, I'm back on the music scene again. Unlike last year when i took a long hiatus from it (blame boy drama). Now I'm back in full force and it led me to my first magazine spread. Yeah buddy! I've been contributing to UNO magazine [link] recently but most of my works for them will come out on November. But please do grab a copy of this month's issue for my cover of AtTheWomb.com's launch is there. Razorback and Turbo Goth photos, peepz!

I also shot my first wedding officially, and lucky enough, it's in the beautiful island of Boracay! [link]

I've been privileged to meet a lot of new Filipino musicians this year, and you'll probably see that I'm fond of one band more than the others hahaha! My special friend is a part of a band named Franco (which is also the name of their vocalist) and i really enjoy their music. It's reggae slathered with rock 'n roll plus their lyrics are well written. Add to that, each band member is also a member of different well-respected band. So musicality? They pretty much have it in the bag.

Sad news also flocked the Philippine rock scene this year. The band that are my good friends, and i used to work for, decided to call it quits last January. But every end only serves as a new beginning. And now, we can look forward to two different kinds of music. Vic, Ira, and Nathan, joined by Jay-O Orduna and Junji Lerma, now form the band called Hijo [link] They just signed their big deal with MCA recently, and i can never be more proud of them. And of course, Bamboo is back with a new single called "Questions" [link] He's doing a series of shows abroad and i bet the Philippines is super anxious to see him on-stage again... i know i am!
